Ohio Flood Consultants, LLC was formed by professionals from the land surveying industry to apply their specialized expertise in measurement and mapping to meet the needs of the Insurance, Lending, Real Estate, and Compliance industries as they relate to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
Our Mission
The founders of Ohio Flood Consultants, LLC chose not to replicate the national-scale business model of our competitors for the very same reason why such consulting is needed in the first place. The FEMA flood maps that our clients seek to amend were created on a large scale and thus must be contested on a site-by-site basis. We're here to save you money that would have unnecessarily been spent on flood insurance.
